Nothing prepared me for how profoundly becoming a mama would challenge and reshape me. Five years in, I’m still learning, still growing.

This podcast is part of that ongoing journey — a quest for truth, connection, and a deeper understanding of what motherhood really means, beyond the noise and pressure.

In Mother Words — is my reminder that sometimes, a simple conversation can be a lifeline. It is my hope to create an avenue for raw, reflective stories that speak to the heart of motherhood.

Because there’s no one “right” way to do this.
